Story behind:Have you ever been in a storm in life?. . .or maybe even a tornado? Things will eventually be calm as long as we relied on God. “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” is a phrase that has grown in popularity in these past few years. It also became a turning point in Ronnie's mental health healing journey.

Ronnie has been diagnosed with depression for more than ten years. She woke up one day with an uncontrollable urge to want to kill herself. She was so confused and scared. Ronnie started to realise this is a serious matter. God led Ronnie to find a suitable doctor within a month. God also used his community to guide Ronnie back to the church. Ronnie found her a support group through the church and Zentangle. Whenever Ronnie is aware of emotional turbulence, she uses the art of Zentangle to calm her mind. Even tho this is an ongoing healing journey, Ronnie truly believes that God will guide and heal her step by step, and the experience will be her testimony to God. God did not abandon her during the healing journey.

"Everyone in life has mood disorders. I hope to bring peace through each Zen meditation art piece. I wish to use this method to bless everyone around me, especially those who are in a battle with depression. Walk with Jesus as we walk with others."

人生本來就有高低起伏，即使遇上風暴，只要我們依靠著神，終究會有風平浪靜的時候。"It is okay to be not okay！"這一句說話成為了Ronnie走出情緒病既要句。

曾受抑鬱症困擾近十多年的Ronnie，講述患病至走出情緒病的經歷。當人生遇上低潮時，最重要的是面對逆境時的態度與找到減壓的方法。Ronnie有嘗試過結束自己既生命。多得 神既看顧生命得延續。抑鬱症最嚴重既期間，神帶領著Ronnie係一個月內找到適合既醫生，並且重新番教會再一次去認識 神。係康復期間 神並沒有離棄佢， 神 讓佢找到自己既小組同減壓既方法-禪繞(Zentangle)。現在每當Ronnie覺察到有情緒既時候，都會用禪繞這個藝術去平靜自己的內心。即使嘗未完全愈合，Ronnie堅信著 神會一步一步帶她走出去，而當中所經歷的亦不會白費，因為這個就是生命的見證，用來祝福別人的果子。
