Since 2012: The Beginning of Ultimate United

Ultimate United was founded in May 2012 by Vijay Partap Sharma and his wife Kit Ling Kung after a life-changing visit to Saigon Street Playground in Yau Ma Tei. There, they met children from diverse backgrounds, including single-parent families, asylum seekers, and refugees, who faced challenges like drug abuse, alcoholism, and teenage pregnancy in their neighborhood.

Personal experiences with UU:

I first met the founders of Ultimate United through online and later encountered in person again at a Lions Club inauguration ceremony. During the event, I witnessed a truly heartwarming moment—the children were dancing joyfully to the music ( I'm so blessed), and I felt incredibly blessed.

I never expected a formal business dinner to embrace and promote God’s values through song and dance. It was such a beautiful and powerful sight that I couldn’t contain my excitement. I was at the back of the room, but as soon as I saw it, I rushed to the front row—just to capture the moment on video for you all.
