FAQ: 🙋‍♀️ Do I have to be in a church to be a Christian?

In short answer? Prefer, but you don’t have to... it’s just really hard to grow alone. Jesus didn’t save us to be solo — He saved us into a family, to be in a community. So that we can support each other. Here’s the real talk: Finding a home church is like finding a boyfriend. 😅You won’t always “click” with the first one. Or the second. Sometimes it takes a few tries, a little heartbreak, and a lot of prayer.

But when you find your church — a place where you feel known, challenged, and supported — you’ll know. 🏡💒

So don’t give up if one feels “off.”Try again. Ask God. Be open.Because church isn’t just a building — it’s the people who help you walk with Jesus when life gets messy.

🙋‍♀️How do I pray if I don’t know what to say?

Just talk to God like you would talk to someone who truly loves you. There’s no script. No fancy words needed. Just honesty.

You can start with something as simple as:

• “Hi God… I don’t really know what to say, but I’m here.”

• “I feel tired. Help me.”

• “Thank You for today. Even if it was hard.”

• “I don’t know what I’m doing… but I want to know You more.”

🙋‍♀️Do I have to stop partying or drinking?

Not necessarily — but your heart and reason behind it might change. 💭

The Bible doesn’t say “don’t have fun.”Jesus actually went to weddings and gatherings — His first miracle was turning water into wine! (John 2:1–11)

But the Bible does caution us about:

• Drunkenness (Ephesians 5:18)

• Wild living that leads to regret (Galatians 5:19–21)

• Environments that pull us away from God, not closer to Him (1 Corinthians 15:33)

🍷 What about drinking?

Drinking alcohol isn’t a sin. But being controlled by it or using it to escape is dangerous. Because sometimes, it’s not about the drink —It’s about what we’re trying to numb, forget, or fill.

When life feels heavy, don’t reach for the bottle — reach for God. 🙏

Let His presence be your peace, not alcohol.
